I got myself into racing because it's a great brain exercise and puzzle to solve. We go to Woodbine and I see a decent number of young people (although probably just there for a day at the track as opposed to being actually too interested in it). I'm 37! I go to the track with my 36yo wife, my 30yo cousin, my 28yo cousin and their respective SOs of the same age.
